Why Cooking?

Wesley on Wellness introduces a brand-new cooking series promoting everyday Quality Whole Person Care®. Our cooking series shares how being able to cook healthy meals is important for Quality Whole Person Care®. Through empowering people to cook healthy meals, we can lift members of our community and beyond to enjoy cooking and transform it into an essential and calming part of their everyday lives. We hope that some viewers can even find a new passion and talent.

Angela Gula values the importance of family, kindness and laughter. From cooking to teaching people new recipes, giving a word of wisdom or enjoying a good laugh with friends and loved ones, she has become well known for her cooking skills.
