At Wesley Family Services, we provide support to seniors in the community. We coordinate volunteer caregiving, care management, and provide support for better understanding Medicare.
In 2016, APPRISE staff and counselors had 22,225 contacts with Medicare beneficiaries with questions regarding their access to healthcare.

Providing support for families and/or host families that have adults with developmental disabilities in their homes.
Foster Grandparent Program
Providing senior citizens the opportunity to serve as mentors, tutors and caregivers to at-risk children and youth or children and youth with special needs.
Older Adult Daily Living (OADL)
Providing a personal balance of activities meant for individuals over the age of 60 with an Intellectual or Developmental Disability.
Options Care Management
Providing in-home, flexible, participant centered Care Management services to help keep individuals ages 60 and older living independently in their home and community. Individuals must have a referral through the Allegheny County Agency on Aging.
