Ingredients
1 ½ lbs. white fish fillets
4 TBSP salted butter
3 cloves of garlic
1 lemon
½ Tsp sea salt
½ Tsp pepper
Minced parsley
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425 °F
Melt the butter in a microwave or on the stovetop
Add the garlic to the butter and let it cook for 1 minute
Zest the lemon and add it to the butter, then slice the lemon up
Thinly slice the zested lemon and place the slices in the bottom of a baking dish. If there are extras, save them for the top of the fish
Dry the fish with paper towels, season both sides with salt and pepper, then lay the fish on top of the lemon slices. Spoon or brush the garlic butter over the fish
Bake the fish for 10-12 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork
TIP:Serve over rice, it’ll soak up the garlic butter!
