Individual and Family Counseling

Our therapists specialize in helping people with autism spectrum disorders. We offer both individual and family therapy to children, teens, and adults. In each session, we help our clients achieve their goals – which could be anything from working on mood and anxiety symptoms to improving family relationships.

Groups

Relationship Building: Navigating social situations can be difficult for many people on the autism spectrum. This group provides the support that participants need to improve all types of relationships, from family members, friends, and romantic relationships, to dealing with supervisors and coworkers.

Independent People: In this group, we work with participants on creating their own goals. Participants will work with the support of their group members to motivate each other, problem solve and achieve personal goals such as moving out of a parent’s house or time management.

Psychological and Diagnostic Services

Do you think that you or someone you know may be on the autism spectrum? Our psychologist provides psychological evaluations to diagnose Autism and other mental health conditions and provides guidance on the next steps. Evaluations can be completed for both children and adults.

Psychiatric Services

Our psychiatrist provides psychiatric assessment, medication management, and works with our team to coordinate treatment plans. Psychiatry is available both for clients new to medication as well as those who may already be on medication.
