The Alzheimer’s Association encourages adopting daily lifestyle habits that boost cognitive function and overall well-being.

Join us at the WFS Wellness Center for an informative and empowering workshop inspired by the Alzheimer’s Association’s Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body approach. This session highlights simple, everyday lifestyle habits—like staying active, eating well, managing stress, and staying socially connected—that support cognitive health and overall well-being, helping you take positive steps toward long-term brain health.
