    Employee Complaint Page

    To report a complaint – if you are an employee of Wesley Family Services

    Wesley Family Services encourages use of this site to confidentially and/or anonymously report any activities that may involve fraud, waste, and/or abuse, and other unethical or otherwise inappropriate behavior in violation of our agency policies or external requirements. We hope that you would consider leaving your contact information in case additional information is needed.

    Our agency maintains an open-door policy. You are encouraged to first speak with the program supervisor if you have any questions or concerns. The supervisor is the person in the best position to respond quickly and accurately to your concerns. The Compliance Officer is also available to talk with you about particular suggestions or problems related to ethics and / or regulatory compliance and will be glad to offer additional guidance. All discussions are handled discreetly and confidentially.

    Working together in an atmosphere of trust and cooperation provides the most productive work environment. To summarize:

    • 1st– Speak with your Supervisor
    • Alternatively – Report concerns using the Wesley Family Services confidential reporting system.
    • Another Resource – Contact the Compliance Officer/Quality Department Staff at 412-850-5468.
    • Compliance Hotline – Compliance issues can also be submitted by contacting our Compliance Hotline at 1-888-399-4024.
