In the Drug and Alcohol Teen Education (D.A.T.E.) Program, we work with participants to develop an increased awareness of the legal, physical, psychological, and social consequences of alcohol and other drug use. We also offer a better understanding of the addiction process with a specific focus on alcohol, drugs, and gambling.
Upon completion, participants will have learned how to improve their decision making skills to achieve better behavior while receiving support from peers who are facing similar circumstances. Further clinical recommendations may be made as appropriate.
