Word of the Year at Bridgeville – STAFF ONLY

WFS Staff are welcome to join this wellness activity at the WFS Bridgeville Office.

Staff will get together to talk about words to focus on for the new year – participants will pick one word to use as a goal.

So often New Year’s resolutions are stressful and difficult but picking a word that resonates with you can be a more mindful approach to a goal.

Mixed media art supplies will be provided for Staff to create a piece of art that embodies the word and what it means to them so that they can use throughout the year as a reminder.
