Tree of Life Drawing at Pioneer

The Tree of Life drawing activity invites participants to reflect on the environmental dimension of wellness by illustrating roots (what grounds and supports them), a trunk (their strengths), and branches and leaves (growth, goals, and connections to the world around them).

This creative exercise encourages appreciation for how our surroundings nurture well-being and reminds us of the importance of caring for both ourselves and the environment we live and work in.
