Myth vs. Fact Wellness Trivia, presented by PSU New Ken

Join us at the WFS Wellness Center for an interactive team-based trivia game where you decide if health/wellness statements are myths or facts and learn about the real science behind them.

This workshop helps participants develop health literacy and better evaluate what information they can trust.

By the end of this workshop, you’ll be able to identify common health/wellness myths, understand accurate, evidence-based information, and learn how to evaluate reliable health sources.
