Being healthy can actually be quite enjoyable! You can easily make some healthy food swaps today that will help you increase your nutrient intake, decrease calorie consumption, and boost your overall health. Recipe swapping is a wonderful way to engage with others while expanding our culinary skills. It opens up opportunities to share and discover unique dishes and try out new flavors. In our upcoming workshop, we’ll be swapping heart-healthy recipes to celebrate Healthy Heart Month in February, and we’ll put together a WFS Wellness Center cookbook to share with everyone!
