WFS staff, WFS clients, and community members are welcome
Guided Imagery is a relaxation technique where you use your imagination to assist you in helping to lower stress, pain, and/or other negative feelings.
It relaxes the body while helping to develop a sense of well-being.
Participants will also engage in reflective tools designed to enhance their understanding of their overall wellness, engage in discussion and gain valuable insights/tools for self-care.
