WFS staff, WFS clients, and community members are welcome
All are welcome to join a monthly grief support group that offers a safe, compassionate space for individuals to share their experiences of loss, connect with others, and learn coping strategies.
Each session combines guided discussion, practical tools, and reflective activities to foster healing and resilience.
The group is facilitated by a therapist and designed to be conversational, supportive, and inclusive.
