The Community Acquisition and Rehabilitation Loan (CARL) provides financing for those looking to purchase AND rehabilitate a home within the City of Pittsburgh.
Ways to Work (WTW) is a vehicle loan program in Allegheny County that provides loans to low-income individuals who cannot get auto loans from traditional lending institutions.
Pre-Development and Site Assembly Loans (PRE-SAL) offer patient, flexible, early-stage capital to Developers to activate sites for affordable rental housing, for sale, rent-to-own homes, or mixed-use projects.
